Who Started It?
Ben Utecht - Former NFL Player and Super Bowl Champion
ShowerSock™ began with a simple idea. After experiencing repeated fungal infections from locker room showers during his football career, former NFL player and Super Bowl champion Ben Utecht realized traditional shower shoes didn’t provide the full-foot coverage he was looking for.
He believed there had to be a better solution, so he founded SoleCareRx and created our disposable Shower Socks. Lightweight, full-coverage foot covers designed for use in gyms, hotels, pools, dorms, travel, and shared shower facilities
